Das Gewerbegebiet Kerkingen-Nord soll perspektivisch aus dem Flächennutzungsplan in naher Zukunft entwickelt werden und verfügt über Gesamtflächen von rund 32 Hektar. Das Gebiet liegt direkt an der L1060 und durch die Nähe zur B29 und A7 äußerst verkehrsgünstig.Bei entsprechenden Standortanfragen soll das Gebiet anhand eines Sonderprojekts zügig umgesetzt werden.

Sachstand der Entwicklung

Bisher wurden Vorentwürfe und Machbarkeitsstudien inkl. Infrastrukturplanung gefertigt. Das Bebauungsplanverfahren wir nach Bedarf zeitnah durchgeführt. Anfragen hierzu können Sie gerne direkt an die Wirtschaftsförderung stellen.

Erschließung

Das Gewerbegebiet soll nach entsprechendem Bedarf erschlossen werden.
